  • Plan to order products, allocate and coordinate goods to areas in South and North.
  • Support planning so that sales, sales and shipping departments work together better.
  • Update sales information, knowledges of goods ,sales programs for sales department and customers
  • Receive orders directly, , sales or orders on the system, manage orders, responsible for processing orders properly
  • Contact the delivery department/shipping unit to send the goods.
  • Arrange the delivery schedule of customer orders in an optimal way.
  • Solve problems related to delivery and cargo problems
  • Track, process of return products that need to be recalled for customers, support to pay for promotions & Handling return cases.
  • Coordinate with Logistics Department, warehouse staff, packing staff to prepare goods according to standards before sending. to ensure delivery goods on times
  • Arrange a reasonable delivery schedule based on the time of order receipt.
  • Coordinate with Accounting and Warehouse Departments to handle issues related to goods and orders for business.
  • Analyze order data, prepare reports to the Head of Sales Department
  • Arrange the delivery area for the delivery staff so that multiple orders in the same place are delivered by the same person to increase efficiency.
  • Monitor and coordinate the transportation process.
  • Update information about goods in stock, goods in transit as well as quantity and volume of exported goods.
  • Perform other tasks as required by management.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Work experience as a Merchandise Coordinator, Sales person, Sales person or Warehouse Clerk
  • Time management and work organization skills.
  • Know how to plan and coordinate.
  • Good communication and interaction skills.
  • Ability to handle situations, make quick decisions.
  • Computer skills to manage order data and order preparation, delivery and fulfillment processes.
  • Teamwork skill
  • Ability to work to meet strict deadlines
  • Good conversational English
